Spectral Review

Spectral is a review founded to reactivate the radical critique of ideology in the age of advanced technologies, artificial intelligence, and the crisis of capitalism. It seeks to examine art, culture, technology, and power through the lens of conflict, negativity, and strategy.

Neither strictly academic nor purely aesthetic, Spectral aims to be a theoretical tool for future struggles in a world saturated with narratives and images. It connects critical theory, the history of forms, political economy, and algorithmic thought, from a resolutely materialist and anti-humanist perspective.

Spectral is published online and occasionally in print. It will be accompanied by a seminar in Geneva, with occasional sessions in Paris.
